12. Podrick Payne
Podrick Payne is one of the sweetest, most loyal, and genuinely good characters going. He has such a puppy-like innocence to him that it's awful to even think about him dying.
Which is why he probably should. The Battle of Winterfell needs to hurt, and Podrick's death would be painful for audiences, but also a number of other key characters, not least Tyrion and Brienne. It'd fit his arc to see him fighting in battle, finally the knight he's always wanted to be, and while he could keep going from that point - mostly just because he's nice really, and the showrunners have given plenty of fan-service in the last couple of years that they might let him live - it'd be a strong endpoint too, especially after that rendition of Jenny's song.
