The Actor: Dean S. Jagger will be one of many new British acting talents to feature on Game of Thrones. The 37-year-old's biggest role was the lead in The Paddy Lincoln Gang, a 2014 feature length drama that scored a huge 8.2 on IMDb considering the small-scale of the project.

Jagger has taken up several obscure roles including a guest appearance on British comedy Trollied in 2015. He has featured in several shot films such as Sync, A Night At Robert McAlister's, The Killing Truth and Inertia.

The Role: Jagger has roots in Northern England and the Isle of Mann. He's at home in rolling countrysides, and that has seen him land the part of Smalljon Umber, a Northern Lord, the son of Greatjon Umber who was taken captive at the Red Wedding. Despite the name Smalljon, he's a huge man with 'a hatred that runs deep'.
