11. Lannisters Will Battle The Faith

Cersei's battle with the Faith is set to escalate this year, as evidenced by her "I choose violence" line in the previous trailer. Now we have a better look at just what that's going to entail, and who'll be involved. 

The first sign we get is a conversation between Jaime and the High Sparrow, with the latter admitting that he would spill blood in the "holy place." Aside from being a nice little dig at organised religion, it aligns Jaime very much back on Cersei's side, with the Lannister twins in position to take on the Faith Militant. 

We also see Cersei trying to get through to Tommen, who is obviously conflicted about where his loyalties lie; Jaime first at the bottom of the steps of the Sept of Baelor, but in another shot much higher up, again in conversation with the High Sparrow; and most excitingly Ser Robert Strong, aka FrankenMountain, in action, apparently set to rip the head off a member of the Faith Militant. 

Cersei is backed into a corner and trying to hold onto whatever power she has left, and that means starting a war with the Faith. The presence of her newest Kingsguard gives her an advantage, and means we should be heading towards a climactic showdown, in the form of a trial by combat.
