4. Roose Bolton

Is it just me who doesn't see Roose Bolton as a fantastic character? He's ice-cool and took part in one of the most iconic scenes in the show's history, but other than that, he has barely proved himself as more than a common scavenger. For a noble lord capable of wielding great power, I've been expecting more.

He simply lets others do his bidding, opting to sit behind his walls at Winterfell as opposed to risking himself. Tywin Lannister truly orchestrated the Red Wedding, and Ramsay led the charge that finished off Stannis' men. Roose is nothing without his walls. A war in the North has been touted for Season 6, and Winterfell looks ripe to change hands if that's the case, with Roose's fate surely tied to the castle's.
