Game Of Thrones Season 6: 11 Questions After The Latest Teaser Trailer
30 seconds, 11 questions, one long wait for answers.
Half a minute. That's it. Not only does 'March Madness' wash over America with a flood of college basketball, in 2016 it has revealed a whole new Game Of Thrones trailer, and it's just as a mysterious, thrilling and ultimately mouth-watering as the full-length trailer.
There are some repeated shots, but they're mostly used to fill the small gaps between brand new snippets of footage. There's less Jon, more Tyrion running through this teaser, and that's a good thing. The entire Jon storyline has threatened to overshadow a phenomenal TV show brimming with various arcs, so its nice to see everyone getting their turn in the spotlight.
Trailers and teasers for a whole manner of films and TV series' have given the game away far too easily, but Thrones is handling its promotional material supremely; teasing everything, confirming nothing. That means, as usual, new footage means new questions. Here's everything fans are asking after the latest Thrones trailer.
11. Why Does Jaime Need The Tyrells?
In the first trailer we saw figures who looked like Margaery, Olenna and the High Sparrow descending the steps of the sept, and the shots with Jaime certainly looked like he was waiting for them at the bottom, and he's not alone.
He's surrounded by Tyrell soldiers who are almost certainly be providing Margaery with ultimate protection to ensure something of this manner never happens again. However, Jaime's appearance there is intriguing given his current status with Cersei, Margaery's nemesis.
The Lannister twins look as close as ever before in the full trailer, but surely if Jaime is there to aid Margaery, that will cause some serious strain on their (STILL CREEPY) relationship as siblings and 'more than just siblings'.
