7. Cersei's Stone Cold Revenge

As well as standing up to the Iron Bank so successfully that she's apparently now got them back on her side, Cersei's big business this episode was dealing with the gifts given to her by Euron. Watching her taunt Ellaria Sand and exact her revenge with delicious, harrowing irony was one of the best scenes in the entire show.

And it wasn't just because of the acting or the story, it was because of how complex it was. We saw flashes of Cersei's wounded humanity - when she talked about Myrcella's death - and while Ellaria undoubtedly deserved it, it was framed so sadly that it was impossible not to feel deep sympathy for her...

At least Ellaria got a slight attack in before it all went to hell...
