3. Farewell, Sand Snakes (Good Riddance)

Imagine a world where the garotting and hanging of two young female characters would be heralded as one of the best things to happen to a TV show. Animals.

It's a major shame, but the death of two of the Sand Snakes (and the likely death of Ellaria and Tyene in the very near future) wasn't at all received negatively. In fact, it's testament to how badly the show has handled them that seeing them taken out was something of a relief.

It was even enough to stem some of the tide of hatred for Euron...

Even when he makes the greatest entrance of any character in Game Of Thrones (surfing a big weapon and crowing into the fiery night), he can't catch a break. You people don't deserve him.
