Game Of Thrones Season 7 Finale: 10 Hints From The Trailer
1. Winter Has Just Come
Almost every trailer this season has ended with some sort of variation on a reminder that Winter Is Coming, and there's a very firm indication that it's getting closer than ever in the finale trailer.
Why else would Cersei be wearing furs in King's Landing? It was mentioned in the fifth book that it was beginning to get cold in King's Landing, and it would seem that the Night King's icy touch is gripping the air in the South. Maybe Cersei's just dressed to meet him as he's come to discuss working with the Lannisters? Don't put it past her and Qyburn to mastermind that sort of terrible idea.
Or maybe Cersei just took inspiration from Jon, whose furs look suspiciously similar to the ones she's wearing in this shot.
