There's a lot going on in that Winterfell scene, including the reunion of the Hound and Sansa Stark.

Whi;e they're catching up, in the background we see Podrick Payne, who has gone to comfort one of the serving girls scared away by the Hound and, seemingly, is going off with two of them. Pod is well-known for having a ways with the ladies, and it seems like he hasn't lost his magic touch.
