3. Bran Wargs Into Viserion
Bran warging into Viserion at some point in Season 8 is a theory I've delved into before, but it's worth revisiting here because now there's a much more specific time, place, and reason for it to happen.
As Bran himself notes, he is the Night King's target. That means the pair will, in theory, come into close contact during the Battle of Winterfell, which spells terrible news for all who surround him, and is partly why Theon is so likely to die. Bran, on the other hand, almost certainly won't die, because killing him is tantamount to handing the White Walkers the win, as there isn't another Three-Eyed Raven.
There's also the presence of Jon in the Godswood, which is hinted at in the trailer, which further complicates things, because he can't die either. So how do they get out of that mess? Jon could fight him, but he'd presumably be outnumbered with other White Walkers and wights there. So instead, Bran can warg into Viserion. It may be that he completely takes control of the dragon, and uses him to fly him and Jon away. Maybe he rains blue flame down upon the Night King himself. Or maybe it's just enough of a distraction for them to escape/be rescued.
