In essence, this point is part recap of what I have already discussed with a few more examples thrown in: I've already discussed Daenarys not moving on from Slavers Bay, the lack of 'walking' dead, Brienne not getting anywhere and Arya moving further away from exacting her vengeance, but there's more to address. Let's start with Arianne and the Sand Snakes; the daughters of the Red Viper (who is due to make his big entrance in season four). There's a lot of planning and scheming going down there in sunny Dorne, but we still haven't seen the big consequences of this new storyline yet. Up North, Bran is finally getting a rather cool story as he moves beyond the Wall, but unless the show rapidly expands from the books, he's not going to have more than a few scenes over the next two seasons. Going back to Slavers Bay at the end of A Dance Of Dragons, we have Tyrion, Victarion, Daenarys , Jorah and the returning Dothraki; all very cool characters and elements that are going to come together explosively if the story ever manages to get there, but to give audiences something deservedly dramatic, is the show going to have to start stealing from Winds Of Winter before the book is even published?
