While House of Cards already has an established core cast of key players, it's finding room for some more in Season 4. The new introductions to the cast this year include Joel Kinnaman (who'll be seen in Suicide Squad later this year), Colm Feore (Gotham), and Scream queen Neve Campbell. While we know they'll be in the show, there characters and alleigances haven't been revealed, so what exactly they'll be up to is anyone's guess. Is Campbell coming on as a new love interest for Frank, or is she going to be a political rival, or someone Claire uses to help get back at him? You could ask the same questions of the other two. New players in Washington are always going to throw a spanner in the works, regardless of their motivations, so it'll be interesting to see just how they all fit in.
