No, but seriously, Holli is attractive and showed admirable sass by facing up to Marshall and Barney, who had assumed her identity to send texts to Ted. She was just a bit too keen.

17. Amanda

CBS

The least skanky in a line of photo-ruining random skanks that Ted brought to important occasions, much to Lily’s annoyance, Amanda appeared in season five episode Say Cheese.

The only thing she did wrong was mistake Lily’s name for Lori on an otherwise very appetising cake. She was cute and polite. Ultimately though, she didn’t stand out.
