2. Jeri Hogarth & Claire Temple Are Totally Wasted
Iron Fist features occasional appearances from pre-existing MCU characters Jeri Hogarth (Carrie-Anne Moss) and Claire Temple (Rosario Dawson).
Though both manage to rack up some decent screen time throughout the thirteen episodes, their involvement feels mostly perfunctory, in a lazy attempt to better tie the series' events into those of the other Defenders shows.
Dawson in particular feels like an afterthought for much of her screen time: she'll show up to patch a wounded ally up, then warn Danny and Colleen about how dangerous The Hand are, and still hang around as a third wheel regardless.
Their involvement could've been a fun way to nod to the upcoming Defenders series, but instead it came off as rather forced and unnecessary for the most part.
