Yes, Eden was a plot device that we were supposed to hate in the beginning, feel sorry for when she was humiliated by Kinsey and finally, applaud when she came through for the people she didn't expect to call friends. And, as she was growing to be such a great character, it's unfortunate that her demonic fate robbed her of developing further in Season 2.
