Just like the "Boxer Briefs" segment, the moral questionability of "Dogs and Cottage Cheese" should be evident right off the bat. The real kicker is that it's unclear whether or not the story in question is actually true. Louis informs his already laughing audience that the story is indeed true, but since when has anyone been able to take him seriously, especially when he's on stage? He often assures audiences that many of his stories are true stories pulled from his wacky life, but how do we know he's not just saying that and silently enjoys our incorrect belief that his stories have some validity to them? The most disgusting aspect of this joke is the imagery it creates in the mind of anyone listening. As I stated before, many can just read the name of the joke and loosely grasp what's to come. No one wants to think about this, but thanks to Louis's talent for description and tone, we just can't help it.
