13. Luke Breaks The Fourth Wall (Episode 7, "On and On")

Luke Cage is no stranger to breaking physical walls, but in the season's seventh episode he smashes a huge hole through a metaphorical one also.

When Luke and Misty are investigating Piranha's disappearance, Luke lays down the law by insisting that they do things his way and that he's not in the market for a sidekick. Misty then cheekily retorts, "Who says you're not my sidekick?"

A bemused Luke then quips, "Me. It's my show." He stopped short of literally winking at the audience, but still, this was a pretty damn ridiculous (and amusing) meta moment.
