15. Bushmaster's Severed Head Surprise (Episode 5, "All Souled Out")
The shocking, gory conclusion to episode five sees Mariah Dillard opening her family clinic in front of a throng of press, though when she opens the doors for the first time, everyone's faced with a thoroughly unpleasant sight.

The severed heads of businessman Mark Higgins (Jeorge Watson), Ray-Ray and Cockroach are stabbed on top of pikes in the clinic's lobby, allowing the press to snap some juicy images which are quickly circulated worldwide.
The culprit, of course, was Bushmaster, cementing the biblically savage level he's willing to stoop to, while giving him some presence in the episode despite the fact he doesn't physically appear. Brutal.
