Crooked cop Rafael Scarfe is another lifted right from the comic book page. He wasn't a bad guy there though.

He was Misty Knight's partner, and saved her when her arm was blown off and actually helped out Luke Cage and Iron Fist as the Heroes For Hire.

He's been a long-running character in the comics, and this rebirth is something of a betrayal of the character's original form.
