He's starting off by defending a Chinese Restaurant, although manages to cause a fair bit of damage himself. He takes down the goons, but also trashes the place and throws them through the windows. Still, it's nice that he cares, and the way he tells the owners that he's there for them does a good job of him establishing himself as a real hero of Harlem specifically, very much grounding the character in his location, which is pretty important.
