No moment in the season was as disturbing or ripe for controversy, however, as Rawlins aka Agent Orange's death at the hands of Frank.

Frank has been captured by Rawlins and Russo and is being brutally tortured, but eventually he manages to break free, after which he violently unleashes hell on his captor in a manner many will no doubt find too over-the-top, even for The Punisher.

As Russo watches, Frank repeatedly stabs Rawlins, then begins punching his face into a bloody paste, before finally driving his thumbs into Rawlins' eye sockets, killing him.

Fans a little disappointed by the show's fairly restrained approach to violence certainly got their fix here, and the fantastic use of a very 28 Days Later-esque musical score heightened the intensity even more.
