10. Kingpin Outs Daredevil

The Daredevil/Kingpin feud culminates in the 'Murdock Papers', an arc that sees Wilson Fisk offering proof of Daredevil's identity to the FBI in exchange for his freedom. It's eventually revealed that the deal was a ruse masterminded by the Kingpin for the purpose of drawing out Daredevil who is shot while attempting to intercept the nonexistent files.

Anticipating that Daredevil might seek treatment for his injuries, Wilson tips off the FBI to the Night Nurse's operation, leading to Matt Murdock's arrest and subsequent conviction.

Concluding his run in grand fashion, Brian Michael Bendis follows through on the themes explored earlier with his work on 'Out' and sees it through to it's natural conclusion, with dire repercussions for all involved.

Considering that most of the major components are already in place, it wouldn't be very difficult to incorporate aspects of the 'Murdock Papers' somewhere down the line for future seasons, and the idea of Matt Murdock's duel life eventually catching up to him would make for riveting television.
