Discussing the rise of the Punisher with Officer Brett Mahoney, Foggy comments that it shouldn't be a surprise that copycats have sprung up in the wake of Daredevil's arrival in Hell's Kitchen. 

The surprising moment comes with Brett's response, as he admits the Punisher's not the first, and also that people on the force have taken to calling them "devil-worshippers."
