The anti-gun debate that sees Senator Ori attract the unwanted attention of Lewis Wilson interviewed by Karen Page takes place on a WNEX radio show, which is the same station that hosts Trish Talk - Trish Walker's call-in show that was introduced back in Jessica Jones.

Trish and Karen, of course, worked together as part of the secondary team in The Defenders.

On top of the radio station, Marvel universe channel WHiH News also shows up once more, this time covering Wilson's bombings in episode 9.
