Probably the most surprising inclusion among the binge-raced shows, Chewing Gum isn't even a truly original Original (it debuted on E4 in the UK before hitting Netflix in the US a couple of weeks later).
The show received extremely positive reviews (Season 2 boasts 100% on Rotten Tomatoes), which presumably helped it become immediately binge-watched, while each season was just six episodes long.

Focusing on a religious 20-something virgin woman who sets out to learn about sex and the world as a whole, it's slightly Fleabag-esque in premise (complete with 4th wall breaking), but also vastly more surreal and absurd as well.
