The streaming service have revealed via the teaser (which you can watch below) that all 10 episodes of the series second season will be available to watch from September 2, 2016.

The series tells the story of infamous drug kingpin Pablo Escobar, played here by Wagner Moura, as he becomes a billionaire and builds an empire through the production and distribution of cocaine. The show also focuses on his interactions with DEA agents, led by Boyd Holbrook (Gone Girl) as Steve Murphy and Game of Thrones' Pedro Pascal as Javier Pea, as well as various other drug lords and other opposition he faces.

The second season promises to ramp up that conflict even further, and deliver something even darker and more gripping than the first.

The first season wasn't the biggest hit for Netflix (though it's hard to know exactly how popular their shows are without official figures), but it did enough to warrant a second season, and garnered some pretty strong reviews (it currently holds a 8.9/10 rating on IMDb, and 78% on Rotten Tomatoes), while it was also nominated for two Golden Globes: Best Television Series - Drama and Best Actor for Wagner Moura.
