Is he dead? Isn't he? It's a question that has plagued the internet since that dramatic Season 5 finale back in June. Everyone has had their say, even President Obama has weighed in on the matter. Now it appears that we may have an answer, thanks to a new poster revealed by Game of Thrones on Twitter. Promoting Season 6, the poster features a bloody Jon Snow, with the word 'April'. While the date comes as no surprise, what does is the fact that they've chosen to use Kit Harington's character along with it, given how close to their chest they've kept their Snow-related cards. Given the fact that they could've went with someone like Daenerys or Tyrion to promote the season, the choice of Jon Snow strongly suggests that they're ready to confirm he will be coming back. While images have surfaced of him spotted on set, there's been no official word on his status, but this could change that. Aside from the fact it's Jon Snow, the other thing to note from the image is the fact that he's bleeding from the eye. Jon was stabbed repeatedly in the torso, with no visible injury to his eye, so why is he bloodied there in this image?
Game of Thrones, and Jon Snow it would seem, will return in April 2016. What do you make of the poster? Spoiler or massive troll? Share your thoughts in the comments.
