Martha Stewart was sent to prison at the same time that Piper Kerman, on whom the show is based, was inside, although she didn't actually end up going to the same one. It seemed that they were going to follow that, with the inmates watching the case of Judy King - the shows equivalent - on TV, and seeing her being sent to a different prison. However, at the end of the season, we see that she is going to Litchfield after all. Itll be very interesting to see how the other prisoners react to having a celebrity inmate, and given her popularity already shes likely to amass followers fairly quickly. Could she be a threat to Piper and her business, or perhaps a rival to Red? Either should be great to see, so hopefully she will be sticking around Litchfield a while yet.
