25. Edgar Evernever
The third season's never-ending Farm storyline had run its course long before the cult's leader Edgar Evernever made his first on-screen appearance, but when he finally did, we sat up and paid attention. Now, that could have had something to do with the fact that he looked like Chad Michael Murray, but it was certainly somewhat intriguing getting to know this enigmatic leader.

While he was conveniently one step ahead a little too many times, Murray's performance brought the character to life and ensured that all eyes were on him whenever he was on-screen. Though Riverdale's constant knack for thinking too big undercut much of his storyline, Edgar wasn't the worst part about it... and that in itself is a huge victory.
