Death #17: Nadia and Alan both realise that they're deathly allergic to bees, and moments later we cut to the subway being evacuated, with the pair having presumably had a fatal encounter with the insects.

Death #18: Alan once again jumps to his death from a roof, which causes Nadia to choke on a chicken bone.

At this point it seemed like Alan could become Nadia's "antagonist" with his suicidal tendencies trapping her in a time loop, but thankfully the show ultimately opted to go in a far more compassionate and humanist direction than that.
