The headline in the Springfield Shopper in Radioactive Man in season seven is actually two jokes in one. First, it's a play on the spinning papers found within the episode (all the newspapers featured in cut-aways in the episode are spinning). It's also, of course, a reference to the classic Adam West Batman series, a big inspiration for Radioactive Man in the episode.
