There must be more than one type of Klingon music, but to this day, I haven't heard any on any of the episodes. I remember Worf playing some on one episode and then after that, it was all every Klingon played. There's no Klingon classic rock, synth-pop or country; just an absence of rhythm or melody. Kah'less didn't do no achy-breaky heart and his momma didn't let him grow up to be a cowboy. Can you imagine living with someone who constantly listened to this bowel-clenching, seizure-starting, semi-musical dystrophy all the time? This is the type of stuff that would make you want to stab your partner with a pain-stick in the two moons of Klin'zhai! I get into enough trouble changing the radio station in the car with my wife. She likes contemporary pop I like classic rock. Neither style complements each other, so we wind up compromising. She gets to play her music when she's driving and I get mine when I get the keys. I always get the keys first. But a Klingon partner wouldn't compromise. A Klingon goes for the kill in all deals. Can you imagine the conversation that would bring up? "Honey it's Boston. It's a classic tune!" "I will hear The Sons of Kah'less, you worthless pata'kh!" ... And then the next trip we'd make is to the hospital where I'd be extricating a d'k tagh from between my ribs.
