Wesley Crusher's spring break crush, Robin Lefler, made a lasting impression on many a fan, even if she did ghost us after Wesley's return to the Academy. Tenacious, playful and inspiringly unflappable, we only wish that Robin could have featured in a less bizarre episode than The Game.

When Riker picks up an addictive, pleasure-inducing game from Risa that spreads throughout the ship, the crew become thralls of the Ktarians. It's up to Robin and Wesley, the cool kids who just said no, to find a way to break the Ktarians' hold on the crew. And Wesley couldn't have hoped for a better partner.

There's no doubt that Robin deserved to stay around for more exploits. Her easy warmth and sharp intellect fit right in among other recurring characters. But considering Robin's magnetism had much to do with being played by the talented Ashley Judd, it's understandable that the young actor had a different set of stars in her eyes.

But, er, could we at least get a copy of Robin's Laws, please? We feel we could benefit from her evanescent wisdom.
