3. Pedal To The Floor

A recurring theme in this trailer appears to be the La Sirena crew's apparent shock at finding themselves in an alternate timeline.

This goes for Captain Cris Rios who looks surprised by the even moodier lighting of the alt-La Sirena, his black leather getup, and evil-looking Starfleet insignia. Rios' costume here looks a lot like the one Jean-Luc's wearing early in the trailer, indicating that both have been unwillingly drafted into whatever this variant of Starfleet is.

A closeup shot of Rios' badge shows something like the familiar Starfleet delta with a cross or sword motif cutting into it. This insignia isn't unlike the Mirror Universe's seal of the Terran Empire, but again we have to assume Star Trek: Picard's taking us to a different alternative universe-gone-wrong, right?
