Well, here we are friends, the home straight. Star Trek: Picard is now well past the halfway mark and, with our antagonists motivations exposed, and our heroes various perils made clear, nothing can stop our exciting rush towards the finish line.
Well, nothing except a little pitstop on a strange and tranquil planet to get a couple of pizza slices with Riker and Troi. A surprisingly pitched decompression episode just as things were starting to get exciting might have threatened to derail the story, but with such familiar faces promised as part of the bargain, it might be exactly what the show needed.
So, with all of that on your plate (and, lol, and ninja nun running around a Borg Cube beheading Romulan guards and, lol, the Romulan Lannisters hot on their tale and, lol, a murderous scientist just chilling on the ship) let's see what Nepenthe has in store for us.
