10. Gar Saxon

Few Mandalorian warriors were less respectable and more sycophantic than Gar Saxon. Throughout the Clone Wars and the reign of the Empire that came after, he attached himself to whichever warlord he perceived to be in the strongest position of power. Still, there's no denying his proficiency as a Mandalorian warrior.

Saxon played a key role alongside Rook Kast, another Mandalorian, in supporting Maul's Shadow Collective and his attempted coup on Mandalore. When Maul was finally defeated, Saxon became the Imperial Viceroy and Governor of Mandalore. His leadership was primarily kissing the butt of the Empire to protect his own position.

Unsurprisingly, Saxon took things too far when he attempted to kill Sabine's family. She defeated him in a lightsaber duel, but chose to spare his life. He attempted to kill her, only to die at the hands of Sabine's mother, Ursa Wren. Saxon's attempt to destroy Sabine's family and his death were key to Rebellion it all pushed Clan Wren into standing up to the Empire.
