9. Lucas Sinclair
Lucas was rightly one of the many fan-favourites last year, and he continues that form in the sequel. There's no major progression in his character, and his story is mostly trying to earn the affections of Max, but he's still just as enjoyable to watch as he was last year, if not more so.

He's super loyal and supportive of his friends, and wonderfully quick-witted as well. He doesn't get quite as much to do as Will or Dustin, but remains a fun character to spend time with.
