And after much Googling, I managed to find said limited edition lantern. Its not cheap - its going on ebay.com for over $200. But if you bring it on a night out and it gets a similar enthusiastic reaction from the ladies like it does in the episode, then $200 is nothing when it means it could get you laid. Well, not if youre Sheldon of course.
