16. "Ward Meacham Sends His Regards" - Iron Fist

Easily the most fan-baiting Easter Egg in the entire Netflix Marvel universe comes in Iron Fist, when Danny is incarcerated in the hospital and ends up being dragged for a beating to an empty cell by a group of thugs ridiculous called Dink, Rusty and something else very silly.

They try to kill Danny as he's more vulnerable on the order of Ward Meacham, and the assassination attempt is quite wonderfully prefaced with the ominous line "Ward Meacham sends his regards".

That's definitely a call-back to Game Of Thrones' iconic Red Wedding scene's "the Lannisters send their regards" line. Clearly someone's a fan.
