32. Amunet Black

A villain-of-the-week who found herself with more of a recurring role than many fans wanted her to have, Amunet Black was designed as a foil for Killer Frost - who apparently got caught up in some shady dealings with her between Seasons 3 and 4.

A campy, charismatic, slightly one-dimensional villain, Amunet was fine in small doses but, we dare say that Season 4 over-used her a little too often. That said, considering its main narrative was rather poor, she was the lesser of two evils.

It should also be noted that the character underwent a subtle redemption of her own, as she became more of an antihero that enjoyed working with Team Flash and Katee Sackhoff delivered some delicious villainy along the way.
