The Flash: Ranking Every Main Character Worst To Best
9. Wally West
Wally West entered the scene in season two, throwing a wrench into the West family dynamic. Over the course of season one, it was hard not to wonder when and how the beloved comic character would turn up on the show, so when he finally showed up, it came as somewhat of a disappointment, as the upbeat Wally many people knew had been adapted into a relatively mopey bummer.
Fortunately, Wally's personality improved as he became more comfortable with his new family, and even began to look up to The Flash, whose identity he finally learned by season's end. However, Wally still has a long way to go to really be a character the show can't live without, and now that he's in on the big secret, far less of a downer, and truly part of everyone's lives, there's no reason not to think that he'll only continue to align with his comic counterpart - at least in terms of personality, for a start - in season three and beyond.
