When Cisco finally manages to use his vibe powers on Harrison Wells, we get taken over to Earth-2 and to the twisted Zoom holding Wells daughter prisoner. It was a little surprising, as many were likely expecting some sort of major reveal on just what the real M.O. of Wells is, although this would obviously explain that Wells daughter is still alive. This would also serve as a way of giving Cisco his first look at Zoom and give him an idea of what to expect when the rogue would make his presence known in Earth-1 later in the episode.
