7. Torture!

In probably the most random, yet totally brilliant, WTF moments of Flash Back, we see Cisco Ramon dealing out the ultimate torture to Pied Piper: hes playing Rick Astley to him on a loop.

Was it ridiculous? Yes. But was it something that put a huge grin on the face of all watching? Most definitely.

Cisco never fails to bring the awesome, and this was just one further example of how great and enjoyable a character Cisco Ramon is, whether its in the past, present or future. Hell, even Evil Cisco on Earth-2 was still all kinds of brilliant!
