In a major shocker, with Weather Wizard and The Trickster taken care of, Patty Spivott arrives on the scene and fires a restraining belt at The Flash. This was a huge WTF moment, and for a moment there a few of us were likely thinking that Patty was going to take the Scarlet Speedster in. But of course, this was all just part of her plan to restrain The Flash so that she could gain revenge and kill Mark Mardon in retaliation for him killing her father a few years earlier. Luckily for Patty, the Sultan of Speed would eventually talk her round and stop her doing anything stupid.
