As Weather Wizard takes off with the power of flight (seemingly another new addition to the rogues repertoire), the Scarlet Speedster does his best to keep up with him. And by do his best, I mean he sprints across roof tops and even across the blades of the Channel 52 news copter. Sure, the logistics may be all kinds of off, but but but The Flash just sprinted across the top of a helicopter!
