Even in the darkest moments of The Flash, theres always Cisco Ramon nearby to lighten the mood. When confronting ice cold rogue Killer Frost, its down to Mr Ramon to make a quick Elsa quip in relation to Frosts appearance just so happening to bear a striking resemblance to the central character from Disneys frozen. Even when hes in an alternative world and faced with a lethal supervillain, theres no way that Cisco can turn down the chance to take a referential shot at something. Bravo, Mr Ramon. Bravo.
