The Flash Season 2: 7 Ups And 4 Downs Of 'Invincible'

Wally Stepping Up
Whilst Joe may not be too keen on his son putting himself in some potentially hairy situations, for viewers it’s at least a big positive to see the stepping up of Wally West.
Sure, he may not have any superpowers that we know of just yet, but Wally trying to do something with his life is good to see.
The character of Wally West had a little bit of a bumpy introduction to the show, although he’s now firmly found his feet and is becoming an enjoying part of The Flash in his own right. It’s likely not clever of him to be putting himself in such danger, but who knows what’s around the corner for Wally.
Following the recent particle accelerator, who’s to say that Wally West doesn’t end up with his own powers and follows the path of his comic book counterpart who becomes Kid Flash before eventually taking over as The Flash from Barry.
Powers or not, it was definitely a big step forward to see Wally stepping up to help fight the good fight in Central City.
