You might initially find Eva McCulloch's placement on this list a little confusing considering that she was the Big Bad of the back half of Season 6. However, as Season 6 never got the chance to properly complete its narrative, she remains the show's current Big Bad - and that means that we're going to see her in the first couple of episodes of the next season (at the very least).

However, with things changing drastically over the past couple of weeks, the episodes initially designed to conclude the previous season could look very different when they open Season 7. Yes, the writers have quite a bit of time to evaluate how those episodes will work at the beginning of the season after the one they were written to conclude, and that means we could be in for some major changes.

The truth is that Eva has been a great, well-developed character since her introduction, but she's only really starting to get villainous now (the finale saw her debut her new Mirror Master costume). With that in mind, it's possible that some rewrites could result in her wrath carrying the first half of Season 7 - which, in theory, actually sounds like a great idea.
