12. Amy Bendix

One of the more surprising aspects of season two is that it sees Frank paired with a teenage girl for its majority: serial blackmailer and street kid Amy Bendix.

Perhaps even more surprising is that she's not a bespoke creation for the series, but an existing Marvel Comics character who first appeared in 1994's Punisher: War Zone #24.

Their dynamic in the comics is fundamentally different, with Amy nursing Frank back to health before Frank has a run-in with Amy's father. In both the TV show and the comics, however, she ends up taken hostage and Frank has to bail her out.
