Why They Could Use It:

Because Maggie's silence has been a massive dangling thread ever since the show began, and this would be a perfect way to unravel it, all while riffing on the show's long tenure and that everything must come to an end.

Why They Might Not:

The season 20 episode Four Great Women and a Manicure has already had Jodie Foster voice Maggie for an epic speech, and so the writers might feel like they're repeating themselves a little if they do it again.
